Nick was always ready to help us out and show us a house even as we were just casually looking. We would go weeks without requesting a showing but it never felt like we weren’t as valuable or placed on the back burner. He was ready for us whenever we were ready! And when we did go see houses, he was punctual and communicative and had a clear expertise and knowledge. He fought for us in negotiations and explained everything in a clear and understandable way. There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful experience it was working with Ryan. Selling your home in the Summer 2026 market in and of itself is an incredibly stressful experience.
