Holly had pragmatic and wise ideas of what we could do to prepare our house for sale. She would answer our questions at any hour of the day! It is a tough and strange market in real estate right now and we truly experienced it! Darcy was always thinking and challenging the struggles. She did a great job marketing! We had 38 showings in 6 weeks and the right buyer came along. We learned that Millennials want to move in and live. They are not agreeable to remodeling and want to see a lot of houses! We learned patience and Darcy really helped us be patient and encouraged us! She is fabulous! 😊
