As a first time homebuyer, Chris Plant and his team made my dreams come true! As anyone can imagine buying a home is one of life's biggest decisions. As I began this journey, Chris was instantaneous in showing me what I thought was the "right one". However, he was truthful and patient in educating me on waiting, and understanding what values, budgets, and purchasing options I had. In doing so, he found me a home I never imagined I could get!! He is professional and straight forward, as well as friendly and caring! Go with Chris! He will find you the right one!!

I just worked with Tanya Fallows on a transaction in Larkspur. Her team was easy to work with and was quick to change deadline dates to allow the buyer to buy the home earlier than originally scheduled. When considering a real estate agent, Tanya's experience and professionalism will not let you don't. Hire her team with confidence.

Mike and his incredible team sold my rental condo by expertly coordinating with the renters to arrange showings. Mike used his vast experience to work through all the details involved in the sale. Extremely satisfied.

Kim priced our house just right! It sold quickly. It was a pleasure working with her. Kim took the time to explain everything that we had questions about and I will recommend her to anyone that is selling or buying a home.

We are so thankful for Tonya’s support and creativity in finding us a wonderful home in a tough market! This is our fifth house working with Tonya; buying and selling throughout the years. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

My wife and I, recently had the pleasure of working with Justin when looking for a new home. From day 1, Justin was extremely responsive and had great insight into the areas we really wanted to look at. We even completely changed up our game plan and he was extremely accommodating! All throughout the negotiations and closing Justin was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. Absolutely will be using Justin again in the future and couldn't recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy a home.

A͏ Complete Professional... ...is how I would characterize Chris Plant's persona and real estate abilities/knowledge. He was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. He was very patient with a couple that were ready to lose their minds in a very stressful situation, and even went out of his way to help us with a couple of road blocks during our purchase. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Rob Serifin was awesome to work with. Not only was he our agent in selling our house, he was our agent when we bought our house 11 years ago. He was very knowledgeable about the housing market and the real estate industry. Even though he was professional in his dealings as a real estate agent, he was very personable, friendly and easy to work with. He always worked for us as a client and was easy to communicate with. Even though the housing market changed over the time he was working with us, he always had our back and worked hard to get us the best deal. We really enjoyed working with him and would recommend Rob as a real estate agent!
