We met with Tim not long after visiting a former neighbor in a 55+ active adult community. We weren't actively looking but we fell in love with the homes and the community. So, in mid-to-late 2022, we contacted Tim to begin looking. Prices were higher than we wanted at the time so we decided that we would put the search on hold. Over, the next few weeks, Tim kept tabs on homes in other 55+ communities nearby, and a resale had just hit the market. It was the same layout/model that we wanted during our initial search but significantly less. Regarding the purchase of the new home as well as the sale of our old home, Tim made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, working with our lender, and always communicating with us during the entire process. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Tim is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better Realtor.

Michael was fabulous! My husband and I needed to relocate from Kansas City to Denver area. First, Michael set up a search for us that would email us with new listings that met our criteria. Next, on a trip to the area, Michael drove us to look at 17 houses in two days and then back to our top few choices on a third day. He was nice and timely and quickly understood the houses we should target. We returned home and kept watching the emails regarding houses. One day, we saw that the house we liked the most had dropped significantly in price and I called Michael on a Saturday to ask him to make an offer. He worked with us remotely all day and we got the contract completed and accepted. He went to bat for us after he attended the inspection to get repairs made by seller. He then took us through the closing process remotely and helped me with all info I needed. He went over and beyond to assist with the closing. He then also made a couple of trips to the house to assist with things until we could get there. My father was a builder growing up and I have never met a realtor as willing to help in any way at all. Michael always returns my calls right away. I have recommended him to someone else and would do so again. He took us through a very overwhelming process and made it much easier for us. I am grateful for his help. I am certain he does more work for clients than just about anyone else.
