Shaylin, in my opinion, is the best. It took a long time to get to the point where I could finally list the house. Shaylin stayed in touch and kept up with the housing market keeping me informed and she was so patient and kind. We had a fantastic experience working with Mick! My only complaint? He doesn’t sell houses in other states, so we couldn’t bring him along when we moved after selling ours. We actually met Mick on our morning walk while he was helping another client. I approached him to see if he could help us sell our home, and he quickly handed us his card with a smile, saying he’d be more than happy to assist. From that moment on, he was our realtor. I made my expectations clear right away: I wanted to sell our house in one weekend. Mick took that challenge head-on and delivered! While most homes in our neighborhood were sitting on the market for 60+ days, he set a fair price and made sure our requests for showings were honored. He even attended the home inspection because of my health concerns, which really showed how much he cared. It’s safe to say Mick went above and beyond! Dave was fantastic during our homebuying process. He is very attentive, communicative, and easy to work with. He helped us compare neighborhoods thoroughly through his knowledge of the areas south of Denver, helped us to compare houses by asking all the right questions, and really took on the burden of filtering houses and showing us what we really needed to see. We only needed to tour and look at 4 or 5 houses before landing on our slam dunk, and I attribute that to the focus that Dave and his team brought to search. When it came time to put in our offer and get under contract, he worked hard with the other agent to make it happen. Inspections, concessions and other contractual parts of the process were seamless as well; Dave came in with the right people and managed all parts of it. Same with closing, he and the team were communicative and helped answer all our questions. If you are looking for an agent, look no further and I promise you'll be happy with your experience as we were.
