We have known Tina for over 40 years. We have reached out to her a few times when a house in Littleton has popped up. This time we were really interested in a certain house. Tina knew about the house and got us in to see it the next day. She helped us with the offer, the inspection, financing, and she held our hands the whole way. Her knowledge and experience was a great help to us since we hadn't bought a house for 29 years. She also knew so many vendors to go to for various projects after the purchase. Very helpful.
