As first time homebuyers and having not spoken to another realtor, we weren’t sure what to expect. Jerry set the bar really high and far exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated that Jerry wasn’t “salesy” and at no point did he try to make us feel like we needed to make an offer, offer more than we wanted, or hype us up for a bad deal. He walked every property with us and pointed out things like outdated electrical panels, cracked foundations, etc…the things most people overlook. We are so grateful to Jerry for helping us find the perfect home to raise our 1 year old in! He’s the best dude around.

This was my first time buying a home and going into it I was very nervous, but Deb did an amazing job of guiding me through the entire process. Deb was honest and straightforward; which is want I needed to make such a big purchase. The matrix she used to filter prospective homes was extremely useful. Whenever I reached out asking to look at a home she got a showing scheduled right away. When it came down to putting an offer in she was quick and thorough, and had my best interest at heart. We closed on my home in 2.5 weeks and Deb was on top of everything every step of the way. She made this entire process very smooth and easy for me. I’d recommend her and her team to anyone I know!

Jim was a valuable asset in the sale of our home. He helped us price the home correctly to move it quickly but not leave dollars on the table. He had professional photos taken which turned out excellent. He communicated with us very frequently which we appreciated and helped take the stress out of the selling process. He worked the phones often with buying agents and when the time came, he helped us negotiate our offer to maximize our net proceeds. I am soooo glad I had Tina Del Ponte as my agent. Soooo knowledgeable and professional. She was very knowledge of the real estate market in my area. She worked diligently to sell my house as she was aware of my short timeframe. Her negotiating skills with the buyer was exceptional. I believe I received every penny possible on the sale of my house, especially with a slowing housing market. I cannot think of a better real estate agent. Working with Holly is a delight. She is professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I have bought and sold several homes in the last decade and for sure her experience has been the easiest and most successful. My biggest memory of working with Holly is that she had no problem treating me as part of her team. While I did not want to be in control, I wanted to have a say on the team through all stages of the process and that is what happened. Her knowledge did not interfere with her willingness to include me at every step of the way. Then there is her experience with helping buyers and sellers in this area of Greater Denver. Very enlightening and comforting to know Holly knew the market and knew how to get the job done.
