Steve was fantastic to work with!!!! I highly recommend him to everyone. He is smart, professional, straight-forward, helpful, and really fun to work with. He had us “spruce up” our place a little bit- but WOW- was he right! We had 8 offers (all over asking price) in 24 hours. He was really clear about pricing- based on a price/ sq foot- he was right ‘on the money’ in this regard as well. He is also an incredible writer! I actually cried when I read the “description” on our listing & marketing materials). I will actually miss him! We are moving out of state & HIGHLY recommend him as your broker.

Molly had a near impossible job though she delivered in a huge way ensuring a smooth transition from Chicago to Denver metro; she made sure to keep us in the loop as to our options in a pretty tight market on a very tight time frame due to having to sell a property in Illinois in tandem w purchasing our new home in Colorado. Even when there were stretches of time when the options seemed minimal Molly managed to maintain a positive outlook and proved to be a great resource regarding our cross country relocation, and after a couple of months and a couple of two day visits we were able to find a great home in a great school district for our two young children. Not only was she there for us during closing, she even brought us dinner & cookies later that same day at our new home!!!
