I could not say enough good about Molly! She helped us find our dream house, which was no small task. She is patient, hard-working, and caring. She is amazing to work with! Molly was absolutely incredible. This is the 3rd home I've purchased and she is the 5th realtor I've worked with. While that doesn't make me an expert, it give me something to compare to and she is miles above the others. Her personality is fun and professional. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Denver area market, and she won't give up till she finds your new home. She came prepared to all showings and was always well organized. She gave me a lovely personalized door mat and and bottle of my favorite whiskey as a house warming gift at closing and has even checked in on me a few times to see how I've settled in. Best realtor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

This was the seventh property we have purchased with fauna. We started with her and 1999 and she has helped us buy and sell 7 properties to date, some personal homes and investment and some investment and rental properties. She has always been there for us day or night to show properties or answer questions. Whenever we had an issue she made sure it was taken care of right away. She always got us the very best price and terms. She's a great negotiator ho has great contacts to help get this fied of to consult with. Our children have even purchased heir homes from her. We would never use anyone but Fauna. Not only is she a great professional but she is a great caring person also. Fauna is a real professional in all aspects of the real estate business. She is personable and extremely trust worthy. She does exactly what she says she will do. For our transaction she knew the market better than any other agent or broker that we interviewed. We interviewed some of the highest performers in the Denver Metro and she was clearly the most competent and focused on our specific needs. Other top rated agents have cookie cutter ways of doing business but Fauna provides a much more personalized and responsive business model. If performance counts to you; Fauna listed our property higher than all her peers and we had a very solid contract for a price well over the higher listing price in FOUR HOURS and closed in 30 days. Fauna knows the market! Had we listed with any other agent we would have walked away from serious money.

Steve was fantastic to work with!!!! I highly recommend him to everyone. He is smart, professional, straight-forward, helpful, and really fun to work with. He had us “spruce up” our place a little bit- but WOW- was he right! We had 8 offers (all over asking price) in 24 hours. He was really clear about pricing- based on a price/ sq foot- he was right ‘on the money’ in this regard as well. He is also an incredible writer! I actually cried when I read the “description” on our listing & marketing materials). I will actually miss him! We are moving out of state & HIGHLY recommend him as your broker.
