Dave was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and fair during this entire process. It is a stressful time when selling a house and Dave made the process seamless. He gave us his professional advice and all the honest and necessary information we needed to make hard decisions. He recommended a price to sell our house, after all of his research, and we were under contract within 24 hours over asking price. Michael is such a pleasure to work with. This is the second time I have worked with him and I didn't think he could be better that he was the last time he helped me sell a house and buy a new one. I was wrong. Based on his advise, once the house was listed there were multiple offers and the house was under contract with in 2 days. It ended up selling for $20,000 over the asking price.
