Jo's expertise and diligence resulted in a successful sale of our rental property in a buyers' market. The 24 year old house needed lots of repairs and improvements to make it marketable. Christy & I were very pleased with working with Chris. Chris & I were discussing and agreeing we were an easy couple for finding a house. We found our house in the 3rd showing. After reviewing with Chris of our wants he put together a list of homes we were to view. Chris made it simple. Because we haven’t gone through this process in a few years there were time it was a bit stressful but at the end we made it through with Chris’s help. He was interested in our needs and wants throughout the whole process. I’m one to ask questions. I relied on Chris’s knowledge even during off hours to answer questions that I didn’t understand. When we started working with Mollie, we had a very narrow scope of what we wanted when it came to our home purchase. We were amazed by how hard she works, how kind she is, and overall found her to be a great listener who is easy to to talk to. She helped us navigate all of the difficulties that came up during our search, and was determined to find us our dream home in a timely manner, which was time-sensitive and critical because we needed a bigger house and better layout for our baby boy! We loved working with Mollie on the sale of our condo! Overall, she is (as stated) kind, patient, and helpful and we overall found her easy to talk to and a great listener. For a home sale, she prepares a really nice market report and walks you through the process step by step, and she has lots of great tools at her disposal to make your property stand out and to market it. She's a super hard worker too, and isn't afraid to dig in on any issue or question. Mollie does great work - she had the photographer reshoot some photos of the property when they weren't up to her standards, and our listing online looked amazing. Our sale wasn't an easy sale due to an oversaturated market and the imperfect condition of the property. Mollie was positive and helpful the whole way through though - she followed up with all of the agents of people who toured the place for feedback, helped us decide on what to improve before selling, and overall got the sale over the finish line faster than the market average! In the sale, we encountered some tricky issues with both the buyer and the HOA as well, which caused a lot of stress. Mollie spent a ton of time talking through options with us, listening to our concerns, and helping us decide on the correct path forward and I feel like she really went above and beyond to take care of us throughout. I would highly recommend Mollie for a sale!

I truly feel that I have made a great friend in Cliff! From the first phone call to tell him what we were looking for, he always made us feel that we were his first priority. His knowledge of the Market is unreal and he was able to define exactly what we wanted in a mountain home. He is an excellent communicator and constantly fed us more properties to look at online. We were buying from out of state, and when we set dates to come to Colorado, he had multiple listings that we could tour. And after all of the hard work from Cliff, we found the perfect home to purchase! He took care of everything from the offer to the inspections to the closing seamlessly. He is truly a Professional at his trade and a super great guy to work with. I gave him 5 Stars but would like to give him 10!

Cliff is not only highly knowledgeable about the market, he is also honest and diligent. His attention to every detail helped keep us calm throughout the whole purchasing process . We came in from out of state to look for our new home and Cliff made sure we were able to see multiple homes in the time we had without ever making it an overwhelming experience. Although he never said it, we know Cliff spent many hours outside of these showings to make sure that we found the perfect home. We cannot express our gratitude enough for everything he did for us.
