I cannot say enough great things about Christina de Barros as a realtor. She goes above and beyond in her field with such integrity and professionalism which I've personally never seen before. I have several realtors friends, however could never give a recommendation like Christina. She is a brilliant workhorse that does right by her clients and is not a typical realtor who is out to make a commission, she truly cares about the clients that she represents.

Ben was very responsive and knowledgeable of values and demand in this area. He also had several significant contacts to resolve any inspection issues resulting from both buyer and seller inspections. Ben seemed to work well the the buyers realtor and was responsive to buyer requests for additional visits to the property as questions arose in their process. All I all Ben exceeded my expectations.

We recently sold our home in 2 days and it was all because of Kyla's years of experience in real estate. She led us as to what was trending in design and made some fantastic recommendations that buyers would look for in a home. Walked us through some risk and reward decisions. She took time out to help us stage the home, was available anytime we had questions and knew the market so well that she set an aggressive asking price and got $5k over. Kyla is very thorough and detailed from beginning to end. Even the photographer she used took amazing photos of the house. So good in fact the buyer told us that they "wish they could've bought the house as is from the photos because everything looked so perfect online." Nothing gets passed her and we couldn't have been any happier. So please if you are looking to buy or purchase please call her and at least hear her out on how she can help you. I needed to sell my home quick and was obviously looking for the most I could get out of it. Ben had my house on the market within a couple of days after our first meeting. With a full saturation of marketing I had upwards of 30 showings scheduled in the first three or four days and a handful of solid offers after the first 24 hours. As with any home sale the buyer had objections to the inspection which Ben helped to minimize getting me a very good net. My home was sold in less than a month from first contact to signing closing paperwork. A lot took place within that month and the role I had to play was minimal because Ben took care of everything. This was the first home I had purchased therefore it was the first home I have sold which is a bit intimidating and the process was smooth and quick with Ben’s assistance. I can definitely say I will recommend Ben to anyone I know and he will be my first call when I buy or sell.

I worked with Jo when I both bought and sold my first house on Capitol Hill in Denver. Jo made the process so easy and was there every step of the way to answer questions and/or give advice.
