In a time with low inventory and houses moving to contract in a day, we were able to find a reasonably priced house and our offer was picked literally because the sellers preferred our agent. Michael and his team were responsive to our requests and very accommodating during a whirlwind of showings while we toted 4 kids ages 4 and under with us during the process. Christine was wonderful with our kids and we were able to see more homes than we thought were possible in our limited timeframe. Then, he discussed our purchase situation with the sellers' realtor working to assure that realtor that our offer was very reliable and in their best interest. In selling our former home, he identified necessary changes and unnecessary ones. He provided guidance throughout the process which made for a less-stressful process, and a very successful one as well.
