Cliff was our buyers' agent. When we started the process, I asked my wife to make a list of everything we wanted in a house. After a month, we found a house that met our criteria, but it went under contract before we could put in an offer. He helped us search for months before finding a suitable replacement. When we found the property, the seller's agent was barely competent (significant errors in listing, like the wrong number of bedrooms, or including appliances that the owners didn't want to leave). The contrast in professionalism was obvious, even not having met the other agent, and we felt sorry for Cliff having to deal with her. Cliff walked us through the process and managed the paperwork needed for the contract. He kept following up and helped with negotiating mitigations that the seller had agreed to but didn't do. He also helped post-closing when we discovered damage that had been done after the inspection.

Mollie does a wonderful job of getting to know the prospective buyers and their wants/needs. She never leaves us hanging and always closes out details and questions. The sale of our home went very smoothly. Ben held an open house right away. We do not live in Colorado and Ben was very accommodating to the fact that we had a big trip planned in the middle of the sale. He held an open house which resulted in selling the house much quicker than we expected. He sat with us to fill out forms which eliminated having to call or text questions.
