We were put into a family death situation . No wills , passwords or preparations by our beloved family member . Many legal issues . Our attorney and Thomas were most capable in navigating thru the system and quickly . Thomas is very tuned into areas , pricing , situational planning and always kept us in the loop . We had out of town family and he kept them in the loop . The job was completed in a very fair way for all parties involved . He has very high integrity . We must say he will be our realtor for anything in the future and we consider him our friend .
