Dave was a great agent who pretty much understood he would not likely get our listing because of distance from Longmont. He mostly overcame those odds on his first visit. It did present some challenges for him but he saw them as opportunities and keep moving forward. He is a flat out good person who never quits being that person when times get testy. I would recommend him(and have done so) to anyone in need of a professional.
