We interviewed a couple realtors before we selected Dave and he stood out above all the rest. He came to us prepared with estimated sales numbers, comparable houses, and plan of action. He is now our gold standard for realtors. We ultimately selected his tier 2 services, which we highly recommend. Dave took care of staging consultations and cleanings, which allowed us to focus on our regular schedule. Sandi is a true professional and genuinely cares about her clients. We have had the pleasure of working with Sandi on selling of 2 houses and buying of 1 and couldn't be happier with the services she provided and the knowledge she brought to the table. This was even more present during this last sell as the market has been tough in our area. Sandi went above and beyond with her extra efforts to market our house and try to find additional ways to get showings. Sandi is also relentless on getting feedback from showings and providing great communication throughout the process. Once we were under contract, her efforts didn't relax either as she was on point with all deadlines and in constant communication with us and the other agent to ensure everything went smoothly. Sandi is a great agent and even though we no longer live near her she will always be a friend and someone I will always recommend to anyone that needs a real estate agent.

I don't believe there are enough words in all languages combined that can describe Erica. She is a gem hidden in plain sight. I like to think of her as an angel from heaven. I was assigned as a personal representative for my fathers estate. The estate being in Colorado and me living in Arizona. From the start we hit it off. I when I explained to her the different locations and wanted to schedule time to meet in Colorado, she said she would come to my home here in AZ (she happens to cover both states). We (she, my wife, and I) met on a Saturday. She presented me with her research, including comparables, and got started working on selling the house. She made the process very easy. She is smart and understands her business well. She helped me through a difficult time and never once made me feel less than important. If you are thinking twice about working with her, my recommendation is don't think twice. Just go with her and you will NEVER LOSE!!!! I enjoyed my time working with her and wish I had more properties to sell so we could continue working together. She is absolutely the best.
