Selling and buying a home is one of the most stressful experiences you can go through. Cory makes it an enjoyable process and takes away much of the stress with great communication and making you feel like his only client. He is attentive to your needs and always receptive. Joan did an outstanding job preparing our home for showings, including staging and even helping clean up the yard. She organized a large number of showings smoothly. She was always available to answer questions or guide us through documents. When inspection objections came up, she quickly found reliable contractors and made sure we got the best prices. She is thoughtful, cost‑conscious, and truly works in her clients’ best interests. She handled all of this while I was away dealing with very challenging health and medical issues, which made her support even more meaningful.
