In choosing Stephanie, we gained a realtor with significant experience and great confidence. Her confidence helps alleviate the trepidations a seller may have. Stephanie lives in Kensington, and her knowledge of the area is a beautiful asset. The first visit was a meet/greet, walk-thru, and discussing how everything would work. Based on Stephanie's initial assessment, she estimated she could have our home sold in 2 weeks. On the second visit, she brought over all the comparables in the area and how she came up with the listing price. This meeting was very educational and quite a surprise as we learned some language and its meaning, and greatly appreciated. Our goal was to have our home listed by mid-April and sold before Memorial Day. The first and only open house, we had a few showings and offers.
