We had mutiple buyers interested and sold for full price! The marketing we do gives sellers maximum exposure so our Sllers get top dollar for thier homes. We did a taxed deferred exchange into an interest in a shopping center. that pays dividends of about 6% + an expected profit when it sells. I can give you excellent guidance on tax deferred exchanges as I ahve done those for myself and for clients. This was a rental I owned that needed to be renovate and updated to get top dollar. We put in a new kitchen, light fixtures, updates on the bath, added central air conditioning, new privacy fence and new landscaping, electrical updated, new garage door, painted and miscellaneous other improvements. If you need to make repairs and updates to your house we have great resources at reasonable prices.

We needed new gutters and he helped us get them We needed trees trimmed and he had someone do that. We needed a new sidewalk and he found someone to do that. He even found a new porch rug for us.
