Luke helped us buy our first home in Denver, while we were living in Los Angeles. He was extremely helpful, expedient, and was able to help us be in the position for our offers. We were constantly impressed by how quickly he'd get us showings, and he would carefully describe everything he saw while we were touring homes via Facetime. He even drove around the neighborhoods we were interested in, showing us details out the window so that we could narrow down our search. One time, he even walked over to a trail to show us how close the property was to a hiking area. Buying a house virtually isn't ideal, but Luke made it easy. When we were finally in a place to put in an offer, he made sure we understood everything on the contracts, and kept in close communication with the sellers so that we had the best chance of getting accepted. We ended up successfully purchcasing the 3rd place we went after. Now that we are here, we could not be happier. We love our home, and extremely grateful we had Luke to help us get here.

Amanda is a spectacular agent and I recommend her strongly. She was professional, diligent, and communicative and she worked super hard to find the right home for me. Amanda got to know my likes and dislikes really quickly. I was purchasing remotely and she would facetime as she walked through potential homes and say "oh you'd like this" or "i don't think this house is the one because XYZ..." and she would be right. The buying experience was great and she connected me to mortgage lender and insurance agents I ended up using. After the home was closed, Amanda continued to check on my status to ensure I had everything I needed. I have purchased numerous homes in various states as I've moved a lot. Amanda is the best real estate I've every worked with. It was a truly great experience and I would definitely use Amanda again in the future!

As a first time buyer, I was very nervous about going through the process of buying a home. Kristine has been a wonderful agent for us from the start of our search to the final build of our new home. We started looking at used homes when the market was crushing home buyers, but Kristine showed us only homes we were interested in, and really helped narrow down our search while providing plenty of patience and useful tips. We eventually settled on buying new, since the area we bought in wasn't as competitive, and Kristine helped us every step of the way. She provided a strong voice for us when needed, and supported all of our home buying meetings, even our options meeting - providing good guidance on what she often saw in quick selling homes, but giving us enough space as well to make our own decisions. Very difficult to do, but Kristine did it with ease - couldn't be happier with our choice of agents, and would absolutely sign up with her again if we ever decide to move again!
