Sold our house, meeting our expectations
Gary reviewed the sales strategy with us every step of the way. We agreed on a listing price and collaborated on an MLS listing data set. Gary held multiple open houses to increase traffic of potential buyers. The timing was during the winter, and we received and accepted an offer approximately 7 weeks after the listing went live. Gary provided council on reviewing the offer and providing all the necessary responses to the buyers. Closing was completed at nominally the 10-week point. Gary was in communication with us frequently from beginning to closing, including quick responses to any questions we created. It should be noted that Gary provided his services at a reduction from the common 6% commission rate. Overall, Gary was a pleasure to work with and was always personable and professional.
