Caterina is truly one of the hardest working real estate agents I have ever worked with. I have had over 15 properties in my life, and I have had several real estate agents. I am a local business owner and when I get involved in business I truly demand performance and good communication. She delivers all these things for us. We have now gone through 4 transactions with her and we have made a bundle with each one. She definitely has a soft side, but make no mistake about it she's also a bulldog when she needs to be. She always looks out for her customers best interest and not so much her bottom line. She will always continue to be our realtor in the future. It is nice to have someone to count on especially in my busy life to handle my real estate transactions. You Cannot and will not go wrong with her services. i recently listed my home with Jen Riley and she has been by far the best real estate agent I have had the pleasure to work with. I have sold many homes in the past and Jen has by far exceeded my expectations. I live alone and have 2 dogs on my property and work during the day so I do not want the house shown without someone there. She takes the time out of her busy schedule and shows my home when I am not available and also takes care of my dogs during the showings. She is patient and kind and responds immediately to my questions. I would totally recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home. She has been awesome!!!

In this market you have to jump on a home the moment it hits the market, and she made herself available the same day I called to see homes.
