Okay, one more favor? We first met Joan in 2008 when we were transferring to Colorado from North Carolina. Without knowing anyone in Castle Rock, I called Joan when I saw the support she gives to various charities, and our local schools where my wife had gotten a job. We were very blessed to come across Joan. We had some pretty tough requirements (4 boys, and my father who was handicapped), added to the fact it was a long distance move with a lot of stress because my mother was very ill. Joan went above and beyond to assist us, to the point where she was continuing to look for properties for us when I had to travel back to NC multiple times. After picking a house that was in a multiple offer situation, she figured out the listing agent had misread our offer when we were told we did not get it, and made sure to take care of us through the whole process. We have since moved a few times (a long story), but have always and will always work with Joan. Dane was amazing- he supported us every step of the way, from being available whenever we were to go and see homes to being the steady, calming influence when we thought everything was going to fall apart. He listened to what we wanted and reminded us of that when we started to talk ourselves into "settling".
