First time home buyers here and Molly made the entire experience a breeze. With the market being extremely competitive she helped us stand out and made sure our offers were strong while not being unreasonable or beyond our budget. All of her referrals were excellent and we couldn't have been happier with them. For us coming into this with zero knowledge about what it means to buy a house, Molly did a phenomenal job teaching us about, and coaching us through, the entire process. We wouldn't hesitate to use Molly again when we decide to sell or buy another house!

Gary went above and beyond. He responded to email inquiries almost immediately, regardless of time of day; always made himself available for phone calls; has a vast knowledge of the market in the Denver metro area; guided my partner and me through the process with patience (even taking the time to show us 70+ properties); and got us the best deal on our house.

Mitch as always there to help us look at houses. We were not very consistent with our search. We would change our minds about areas of town, price range, etc., but Mitch stuck with us and a year and half later, helped us buy a great home that meets all our needs.

She knows this community and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or move in here. I felt very protected working with sellers who were selling by owner. This was a very complicated procedure which Holly did well and kept me informed. She worked well with my Leander Julie at Nova as well.

Holly helped us find a condo in Downtown Denver. She was very knowledgable and quick to discover our taste and preferences. She was helpful and fun to be with, as well as very aware of Covid protocol and safety. The purchase process was very easy and she took care of all the details from finance to closing. I recommend her highly and would definitely call on her again for any real estate needs.

The sale of my house happened exactly as Mike Burns told me it would. His expertise, follow through and market knowledge made for a true professional experience. For that reason Mike and Brittney get 5+ stars and get my highest recommendation.

We interviewed four realtors and chose Caterina. We were so glad we did. Caterina was very responsive to our every need. She has a great deal of experience and knows how to handle different situations. She is always ready with advice when we asked but was never pushy. She worked so hard for us and event encouraged us and coached us through difficult circumstances. Caterina felt more like a friend or family member than an agent. We would recommend her in a heartbeat and hope we get the chance to work with her again in the future.

As first time home buyers (who new next to nothing about buying houses) Justin's knowledge and expertise was invaluable to us! One of the best things about working with Justin is how he takes ownership of the whole process, we felt very taken care of! He made the entire thing incredibly easy, even as we hit bumps in the road along the way. We honestly had fun with the whole process, and I cannot imagine getting better service from someone else. Something I really want people to know (and that was super important to me when looking for a real estate agent) is I really feel like Justin had our back the whole time and he wanted to make sure that we ended up in a home we love not just now, but continue to love for years to come. I highly recommend Justin Phillips to anyone looking to buy a home (or sell!!) and you can bet we will be using his services in the future!

John was great to work with. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the area and the market. He was in constant communication and was always available for us. We made it a little difficult for him when we planned last minute house hunting trips to Denver, but he made it work and was always there for us. Highly recommend!
