2 months ago me and my wife needed to sell our townhome and buy a new home and FAST! Justin Phillips did exactly that and saved us money at the same time. So I have been friends with Raman since high school. I have not personally bought a house through him. He has sold a house to my parents and they were very pleased with the experience they had. I am writing this review because I see how hard he works all the time because I hang out with Raman a lot. I can’t think of a time that we where hanging out that we did not get interrupted because of his work. We will be sitting around having some beers and the phone rings he gets up to take the call. Or his phone goes off with an e-mail he checks and replies to it right away. So many times a few or us will be hanging out, we invite Raman to join us and he says “I can swing by for like 30min but I need to be home to do a contract or talk to this lender.” The funny thing is he usually ends up on a call during that 30 minutes. All I can attest to about Raman is I know that he Definitely puts his clients first. One time we went to take our motorcycles out on a cruise during the ride we stopped by a property he was taking care of to water some outdoor plants. I can’t think of a time or activity in the last 5 years that Raman has not been doing something for his job while we were hanging out.

Brandon worked with me over the last year to find a condo I was happy with. He never pressured me into any place we toured and made it clear he wasn’t there to do anything other than make sure I was happy. I was able to text/call him A LOT during this process—he always made time for me. He went above and beyond for me at the end of this process too when it came to getting what I wanted from the seller. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and he’s not in it for the money. The last thing I’ll say is that he drops KNOWLEDGE! Brandon knows a lot about a lot within the market on both sides of the transaction. What else could you want?

This summer I created a plan to sell my rental property in the DU area and then purchase another rental property in Parker. My goal was to carry out the plan by myself, except for my realtor, Adrian. I couldn't have done it without him! From the beginning of giving my renters a 30-day notice to selling my property that turned out to be an excellent deal to buying and then renting my new investment property, Adrian guided me through every step of the way. Having not done something like this before, I know I texted and called Adrian a lot to get his advice. Adrian made sure I had the right documents and provided e-sign documents so I could sign without having to go to an office.
