We got exactly the price we expected in selling our home and the process was so seamless - from open houses to showings and more... such a smooth and easy transaction. When it came time to buy, the market had been heating up for the better part of the last year and we knew it would be challenging to not only find our home, but at the right price. We discovered a listing that we fell in love with and Cara guided us to make a competitive offer right away. When the selling agent returned back to us with some very demanding offer adjustments that we felt weren't warranted or fair, we made the decision to walk away from the offer. It was ultimately the right move as we ended up making another offer a couple weeks later on an amazing property that fit everything we wanted. Sometimes doing business with friends can be difficult, but Kristen was fantastic to work with!
