I was handed the lovely job of being the estate executor responsible to sell a property that was in very poor shape. I’m a single mom, work two jobs, and literally had NO time to deal with all the things needed to put the house into a state where it was sellable. My first realtor was a mess, and I came to Joan overwhelmed, anxious, and completely ignorant on what to do. The prior owner had destroyed all account records associated with the house, so all details had to be “sleuthed” out. I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with this daunting mess. Joan and her group took me in, (and probably wish they hadn’t!) and took care of me from start to finish. They took on the whole project, and all it’s innumerable problems, and dealt with them head on, taking an enormous weight off my shoulders. They went waaay above and beyond what they needed to do. I am SOOO GRATEFUL for them, and the amazing work they did. I would not only highly recommend them, I would say you would be less than intelligent to go with any other realtor!!! The thought of moving was scary for me. We were still living in our very first home. We knew we needed a bigger home for our entire family to enjoy. But I was scared. I thought the process of having to find a home to look at and the negotiations would be a lot of work. I was wrong. Bob took care of everything. He listened to what we were wanting for our family, what we didn’t like about our current home, what area we wanted to live in and just the important things. I thought the list we came up was going to be impossible to find. Bob kept telling us to trust him. He encouraged us to look at as many houses as we could, even if he knew it wasn't the house we would want. The more houses you look at, the more we would understand the market, what you get for your money and what really was important to us. Through the processes and all the hard work done by Bob, we found our perfect home. Bob was patient and kind, but also encouraged us to look outside the box. He is beyond knowledgeable and incredibly good at what he does. He is organized and very thorough. He did all the negotiations and just took care of everything.
