We met Casi through a mutual friend whose name came up when doing some home improvements with thoughts of selling our property. After texting, Casi made an appointment to meet us at our home. Immediately we knew she was the right person to sell our home. She was approachable while being professional, kind, understanding and enthusiastic at the same time. It was obvious that she understood the love that we had for our home and our feelings about its sale going forward. Having not sold property before, Casi was very helpful in explaining the process, knowing the correct time to sell, and patient during each step of the way… respecting our thoughts and emotions with her added professional experience, guidance, and advice. If she didn’t know an answer to a question or direct response to a situation she researched or resourced it to find the answer and correct path. We sold our home quickly and over the asking price with listing procedures that made sense such as using existing furnishings and home items rather than staging or requesting a clean out. It seemed to advertise with ease and very little fuss. We would highly recommend Casi without any reservations as a real estate agent to handle your home selling/buying needs and would definitely use her again in the future. We feel that we have also made a new friend!
