My Husband and I were trying to purchase our first home and knew absolutely nothing about the process or what we needed to do. From the first day that we met Susan she was so nice and she took the time to go over everything with us. We told her what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay and she went to work for us. She would send me a list of available homes and I would tell her which ones that we wanted to see and she scheduled us to go see them.
