Recently, I helped multiple family members sell their homes while also selling my own, so I’ve worked with several realtors over the years. Without hesitation, Shaylin is the best.
Most realtors give advice or make a few calls. Shaylin actually stepped in and made things happen. She didn’t wait for us to find movers or carpet cleaners, she handled it herself and kept everything moving.
This house was a huge undertaking, and Shaylin was there every step of the way. She physically helped move boxes, used her own truck for dump runs, coordinated vendors, managed the schedule, and made sure we could get the house emptied, listed, and sold as smoothly as possible.
She was patient when technology became frustrating for the homeowner, kept us constantly updated, communicated clearly, and was always easy to reach. She also managed to get incredible deals from vendors throughout the process.
What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. She didn’t have to involve herself in the stress beyond the sale, but she chose to anyway because she truly wanted to help.
I’ve never left reviews for other realtors because most did the bare minimum and collected a commission. Shaylin earned every single cent and then some.
