Nick provided professional service all the way through the selling lifecycle. He showed up with comps in hand and noticed that the square footage was larger than what was listed. He measured and increased the square footage which really helped the sell price! Other services include free rental of a moving truck, professional pictures throughout, and highlight postcards placed throughout the home. The house listed on Wednesday, by Sunday there were three offers above asking price. Closing was about a half hour, I would recommend Nick to anyone selling in the area.

Damon was a superstar getting our downtown townhouse sold. We moved out of the country before all of the work was done and Damon used his own Rolodex to help with roofing, painting, landscaping, staging and probably a few other things. For some vendors, he paid out of his own pocket first to get the ball rolling. Real estate agents usually don't take on that kind of responsibility and hold themselves that accountable. He is also a tremendous negotiator and certainly listened to my ideas and gave his opinion so we could put a plan in place, adjust and move forward. We handled the entire transaction while being out of the country. There are so many other real estate agents that add little or no value to the process. I can't recommend Damon high enough. He will work tirelessly for you and brings tons of experience to every point of the process. The team he has assembled around him share the same work ethic and deliver the same high standard of results. I have used him on several transactions in addition to this one and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

My wife and I have purchase eight homes over the years. This current purchase with Chris Yedo by far has been our best experience. Her knowledge of the real estate market was spot on. She was easy to reach. If she did not answer her phone right away she would return our call within the hour. After the sale her wealth of knowledge and help with recommendations on subcontractors such as a handyman, electrician, movers, etc was invaluable. You will not find anyone better than Chris. Chris was a pleasure to work with. She did an excellent job of getting my house ready to put on the market. I live in another state and she took control and went with the property as if it were her own. She stayed in touch with me and presented all options for me to make the decisions. She offered excellent advice and when the property was ready for listing, it sold extremely quickly. It was listed on Thursday, was shown seven times over the weekend and we had a full price offer on Monday. Very impressive.
