Mike Thys has helped us buy two homes and sell one to date, and he's been tremendously helpful with every step of every process. He's knowledgeable, resourceful, and just generally helpful. Any time we have a question, he's either got an answer or he'll have one to us by the next day - even after we've closed. And the amount of not-so-little extras (like coordinating contractors) that he's willing to take on really made the buying and selling processes so much smoother than we'd ever hoped. I simply cannot overstate the value of having David Novak as my Real Estate Agent! Working in a parallel real estate field, I have had the opportunity to work with many agents over the years. David is the best communicator I've worked with. He answers his phone (rare in this industry) and responds quickly to anything that comes up. His background in real estate lending, his experience as a long time real estate investor allows him to keep your deal moving forward when less experienced agents would throw in the towel. Specifically, on our most recent transaction, we had a chance to see David Novak shine. We were selling our condo in Dillon, CO. While familiar with the Dillon Market, David was not a member of the local association of realtors. No problem! He immediately filed the paperwork, paid the fees and got on the local board. After getting professional interior and exterior photos, he put our condo on multiple listing platforms. Within 3 days we had an offer 6.5% over the asking price. Needless to say, we were thrilled. Unfortunately, these buyers ended up not being able to close. We were notified less than 2 weeks prior to our scheduled closing date. Total bummer. David Novak sprang into action and within 24 hours had another offer even higher than the first! This time it was a cash deal and we were STILL able to close on time. Without even putting the unit back on the MLS, David reached out to every agent that had shown the unit and was able to put a deal together. David Novak makes everything seem easy but I assure you, he is the hardest working Real Estate Agent out there! Simply put, he's the man for the job.

Deb is an excellent agent. She made the selling of my home easy! She laid out a clear plan that we followed it from being to end. She's an incredible source of knowledge about the housing market in Colorado. If I would have went with any other agent, I wouldn't have gotten 10,000 over asking price! Tina is very professional. Her knowledge of all aspects of the real estate business is very apparent. She did an outstanding job in selling our home. She was especially good in helping us stage our home for showing. She handled the offers and bidding process very professionally and was able to sell our home at a higher price than we ever anticipated. Tina also did a great job in helping us through the process of buying our new home.
