Valerie did an incredible job with the listing, prepping, preparing, and overall responsibility to get my home listed and sold within 48 hours. We had 6 offers and the one we took was less, however, the terms were much better. I've sold homes before and one thing that stood out for me was her attention to detail and follow-up on what was required to make the sale easy. We knew that the house would need some work as we prepared it for the market. Susan and her assistant, Alicia, came up with some recommendations to make our home fresh and new again. We were a little reluctant at first, but we relied on Susan and Alicia’s experience and expertise and went forward. After the improvements, the house looked spectacular and showed very well. And multiple times she demonstrated high integrity and strong ethics, in contrast to some of the sellers' realtors that we dealt with.
