This was our first home buying experience where we actually settled on a house. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and steered us away from several properties that had not so obvious problems. She helped us narrow down the field based on what we wanted, and we ended up with a lovely home that we can enjoy with our kids! Chris was there every step of the way to explain things we didn’t understand, and to give us a realistic timeline on all parts of the procedure. She was aggressive when it came to negotiating terms with the other party, while being personable with the other realtor so that lines of communication ovation remained open. Chris answered even our most banal of questions late at night, and was able to navigate our non-traditional financing selection. We used an Islamic Bank, and Chris was perfectly at home dealing with the extra documents they required.
