Lou truly is the best real-estate agent I have every worked with. He guided us alone the way of selling our home. He was there every turn we took and educated us on what was going on throughout the process. He goes above and beyond in his job duties to make sure we felt safe and secure. He was able to get us the price we were asking for the house. Thank you Lou!!!

Kristi was a delight to work with throughout the selling process. She is very knowledgeable of the Denver real estate market and has a vast loyal network in the area. A few times I needed someone at the house on a moment’s notice and her contacts came through every time and did excellent work. Kristi is super easy to talk to and I always felt she was listening to me. I also really appreciated and valued all her guidance and advice from beginning to end. Thank you for everything!

Spencer is very knowledgeable in the housing market. He asked the right questions on what I was looking for in purchasing a house. He knew the area I wanted and targeted that area in showing me properties. He found the perfect condo for me in the exact area I wanted to live. I was glad he was my agent.

Pam has extensive knowledge about market conditions and works hard to "stay on top" of everything. She is extremely pleasant to work with, always has great recommendations on how to best market the property you want to sell, and if you're a buyer, she works diligently to match properties to your wants and needs. Over the past 4-1/2 years, she has helped me both buy and sell, totalling five real estate transactions. EVERY ONE of these five went smoothly, helping in ANY way she can. AND, she has excellent recommendations for contractors, if needed! Pam is at the top of the game when it comes to real estate!

Pam took us from start to finish, always communicative, kept us informed and guided us in the right direction with honesty and professionalism.

I was referred to Spencer by my selling agent in CO Springs. I found Spencer to be very knowledgeable about this current market. He listened to what I thought I wanted and then helped me realize what I really wanted and needed. Further, he is man of good character (character matters) and really fun to work with. When he says, "let me know if there is anything else you need", he means it and won't leave you hanging after the closing. I highly recommend chosing Spencer.

Pam Bent is the consummate real estate professional. We just closed on our high rise condo in Denver. Its unique features - amount of square feet, architectural layout, older building, etc. - required a real estate agent with experience, knowledge, respect amongst peers, and passion/persistence to sell at the appropriate price. Pam displayed all of these qualities and more. She oversaw the appropriate staging of our home and had a superbly engineered drone-based video of our condo created - both interior and, amazingly, exterior! When a particular showing occurred involving what turned out to be THE buyers of our condo, Pam's instincts and, again, experience kicked in and she worked with the buyers' agent to build a relationship with the couple to ultimately obtain an offer on the condo. It required nurturing, creativity, flexibility and persistence. Pam provided all of these qualities. I can state with clarity that without Pam Bent I do not believe the closing on the condo would have occurred, certainly not at the price point that was obtained. I can and will recommend Pam Bent to any and all as, by far, the best real estate agent my wife and I have experienced.

With my being in Missouri and Cory handling things in Colorado I could not have been more pleased. I don't think the housing market is exploding but Cory kept everything going to a successful sale and closing. He took care of any, and all glitches, that may have appeared. Thanks again Cory for a job well done. I Can now relax in my new location thanks to Cory.
