We appreciate the Alan Smith team, and our realtor, Dave Pratt. Our experience in the selling and buying process was very positive, and extremely quick. The exposure of our home to sell was quick and meaningful. Due to our home's design, it sold quickly which meant that we had to find something to purchase, quickly. Dave engaged rapidly to the entire process and provided excellent support to us; selling and buying. As a result, we were able to juggle both transactions successfully. Dave listened to our purchase needs and was proactive to provide us with listings that would align. In the process he demonstrated that he works well with other agents and provided us with sound wisdom of the home values and any detractors that might negatively impact our decision. Kim and her team were a true pleasure to work with. They are all extremely responsive to questions and on top of all the various dates, inspections, requirements, etc relating to buying a new home. Kim showed us a number of existing homes and new builds to help us decide which direction we wanted to go, ultimately finding a great new build community. She guided us through questions about financing our purchase and provided excellent contacts with lenders as we explored options. From the get go we knew Kim was a great realtor to have on our side as we spoke with builders. She's extremely knowledgable and experienced in the local area which helped us set expectations for prices, quality, processes, as well as kept folks we worked with in check. All in all our processes was far more seamless than we expected, thanks in large part to the excellent communication provided by Kim and her team. As first time buyers there was an overwhelming amount of information to take in, and the Kronenberger team made it as easy as it could be. Their team approach always ensured at least one representative was with us at each important meeting, inspection, and checkpoint from foundation pouring to closing and they helped keep track of dates, documents, and progress on the build. Kim provided great referrals for third party inspectors, each of which was a breeze to work with and helped build confidence in the quality of the home we purchased. We would 10/10 recommend Kim and her team (and everyone they've referred us to). Their experience, knowledge, communication, and commitment to their clients is fantastic. When it comes time to resell and buy again, Kim will be the first person we call!
