As a first time home buyer, I had very little knowledge going into the process. Our first conversation by phone felt like we'd known each other for years, and she immediately helped me figure out a few things to help narrow my search. She was concerned about my personal well-being, and treated me like her best friend to make sure I would feel safe and comfortable wherever I ended up. She was flexible with my work schedule, and patient with my questions. Katarina explained things to me in a way that helped me actually understand what was going on.
