As a first time home buyer, I had very little knowledge going into the process. Our first conversation by phone felt like we'd known each other for years, and she immediately helped me figure out a few things to help narrow my search. She was concerned about my personal well-being, and treated me like her best friend to make sure I would feel safe and comfortable wherever I ended up. She was flexible with my work schedule, and patient with my questions. Katarina explained things to me in a way that helped me actually understand what was going on. I ended up choosing a home that later became a short sale (which was anything but a short process), which I had absolutely no knowledge on that process. Again, Katarina guided me through. She let me see the property at least 6 times throughout our lengthy purchasing process. She provided me with her honest feedback, but not in a way to persuade me - in a way to help me think of things I may not have. With every offer, counter-offer, finding someone for my loan process, contractors for work on minor things after closing - Katarina was there every step of the way. I could not imagine going through my first time home-buying experience with another realtor. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone I know buying a home.

Katarina did an exceptional job selling my house in two days despite the current economic crisis and the Covid-19 pandemic. I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents in the past and I can say with great confidence that Katarina is the best agent I have ever used. Katarina has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective agent. I can’t say enough about her professionalism, courtesies and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients’ best interests in mind. One of the qualities I respected the most, She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. She does a great job of listening to her client’s and does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of my house and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our week-end and late-night emails. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time. We had a small issue on a roof leak prior to closing the transaction and Katarina helped me find a roofer and followed up many times with me until the issue was resolved. As mentioned above, she represented me on the selling of my home. I also would not hesitate to hire her as my listing agent if I were selling a property again or I were buying another home. She is very smart and fluently speaks several languages. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution.
