I was really lucky to find Danny as my realtor. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient during my house hunting experience which can be very daunting as a first time home buyer. Working with Daniel was a breath of fresh air within the realty world. We were lucky to have met Daniel in our house hunting process. Without him, I do think we would have not found our forever home. We were frustrated and exhausted in our search process prior to meeting him. Though once we met Daniel we felt more confident and that he breathed a new level of motivation into us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to point out items within the house to keep an eye out for, but also coached us on bidding and setting realistic expectations. He was incredibly responsive at any point of the day and would answer any question that we had. He was there at every step of the way and even after we closed he has still continually made himself available to answer questions and provide support to us. His knowledge is immense in realty, but shows unbelievable compassion and patience even with us being at times picky in our house hunting. I would recommend beyond a belief Daniel as someone to use in your home buying or selling process. Deb Hilfman was very professional, reliable and on point. I met her on zillow while browsing for homes. She was very easy to talk to, she provided me with the information I needed in a timely manner and was very quick on setting and confirming appointments to show me homes. She has great knowledge in the real estate market and was able to find me a Coop in a great location. The amount of time and effort she put into walking me through the Coop process was impressive.
