This was my first time selling & it went well. I was apprehensive about the buying market but Dan Berger’s technique of photographing my COOP brought lots of foot traffic. I had a solid offer & excellent price within eight weeks. Dan set me up with Good lawyer, Mandeep Kaur who was available to guide me through the process and was quick to respond to any of my questions & concerns. The processing procedure did get weighted down by the other folks involved but Mandeep and Dan worked as a great team and facilitated moving the process along. I highly recommend Dan Berger as a great and personable agent who is in continual touch and addresses any issues that arise.

Shaun was simply amazing to work with: She was always eager to show up and facilitate the showing of homes and answered the phone right away. She was relentless in her effort to find you exactly what you were looking for and never seem to force you to accept an apt that you were unsure of or did not like. She remained pleasant and never showed one ounce of frustration over your refusal to accept an offer if you dont like an apt Also she was there for you through0ut buying closing and after closing also !! She offered help with extra stuff like handyman etc. You will not regret working with such a lovely pleasant professional person.

She was quick in scheduling showings for us and when it came time to put in an offer, Deb gave us great recommendations that helped us put together a strong offer. Deb has a network of home inspectors, septic inspectors, real estate attorneys, etc. that we were able to utilize. She helped organize everything so we can go into contract on our new home. Based on this experience, we knew we wanted Deb to be the listing agent of our condo. She planned multiple open houses and was always thinking about contingency plans. Within a few weeks, we had an accepted offer. We ran into a few bumps before we got to a signed contract but Deb was calm and did all she could to move things along.
