Arlene went over and above what we expected in an agent. She listened to our requests as to what we wanted in our new home and only set up appointments in the homes that met our criteria. Our goal was to sell the house at a fair price, turn key (ie with furniture, utensils, etc) in about 6 weeks including closing. Arlene was very helpful in having the house presentable for showing.
