Ellen is the best! I would highly recommend her. She was so patient with me and took all the time to ensure we found a house that was the right fit for me. Furthermore, she stuck with me until the time of closing to make sure all the numbers were right and I was comfortable with everything. She is fun, certainly has great negotiating skills and knows the Dallas and surrounding area very well. I can't say enough great things about Ellen!

In our opinion, there is not a better realtor. We worked with Ellen in 2004 when we repatriated from foreign assignment. Fifteen years later when we decided to move again, we called her and once again our experience with her was 5 stars. She is an expert in this field and following her advise definitely played a major role in our house getting 5 offers with the first one on the first day of listing. She gave us a solid critique of our house, market comparisons to help us decide on listing price and excellent support during negotiations.

It has been EXCELLENT! My Firm made me a "corporate gypsy" and had me relocate a number of times in the United States and Europe. Each location required use of at least two real estate agents and all were OK. However, NONE gave anything even close to the outstanding service given us by Kyle Gunter. Kyle was experienced, knowledgeable and available, but never intrusive. We learned to appreciate his advice. Several "extras": Kyle gave us a list of support companies used with success by him and his clients. He arranged for a handyman to do repairs and an ironworker to build/install two railings we needed. More. Lots more. We were lucky. No previous experience with Kyle or his company. Kyle recently helped me purchase a condo in Downtown Dallas. Kyle is a trusted advisor. He helped me to buy my first home in Dallas. During the buying process, which took 3 months, Kyle patiently helped me figure out what I wanted. We started on the low end of the market and gradually made our way up to a high-rise in downtown. Kyle put in the effort to make sure that I found the right home. His diplomacy made the escrow go smoothly. I’m happily writing this review looking at the city lights in my new home thanks in large part to Kyle.

My husband and I are already very quick to recommend Kyle Gunter to friends and family! We are first time home buyers, and his knowledge and advice were invaluable in searching for, and then purchasing, our new home. He always gave an honest evaluation of the homes we looked at, and never pressured us into making any decisions. Also, we are not very handy, and he took the time to walk through the house we chose multiple times to show us what needed to be done, and even how to do it. He has walked with us each step of the way; even after our closing he has stayed in close contact and has come back to give advice on work needed in our home. We are very grateful for Kyle. Kyle is the perfect agent: he listens, addresses concerns, negotiates fairly and acts with professionalism and integrity. I have moved twice in the last 9 years and Kyle has managed both sales and both purchases. Kyle was an exceptional realtor for our relocation to Dallas. He was very accommodating to our tight schedule, patient, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to talk with. Throughout the process we always felt like we were his only client given his attention to us and responsiveness. He also has great attention to detail. Kyle went above and beyond and helped coordinate and meet contractors at our house on our behalf since we were moving from out of state and could not be there in person.
