I have worked with Kyle on buying two homes and he is above and beyond my expectations. 1. As a first time homebuyer and single woman, Kyle was supportive, informative and patient. He has a kind heart, and brings a wealth of expertise in buying, owning, and remodeling for homes he personally manages. He was helpful without being overbearing. He saw the great deal my first home was yet wasn't over pushy. He was there every step of the way. 2. As a 2nd time home buyer with my husband, Kyle answered LOTS of structural, mechanical and "how-to" Qs from my husband, while admiring the potential of our current home in spite of all the pink paint. I consider Kyle an expert and a friend. Go Kyle!
