I had the great pleasure of working with Melissa over the last 2 months. I chose her after telephone interviews with 4 realtors. She really listened to me and addressed my special situation. I live out of town and am a caregiver. As we proceeded to try to sell a home I had inherited - she did extensive research and gave me easy to understand reports based on that research. We agreed on a plan - and she had offers for me within days. She took the buyer through the home so that I didn't have to travel. The closing happened this week, just as scheduled. She was even able to convince the buyer to pay for a mobile notary to come to my home. Melissa returned phone calls promptly, and was always pleasant and cheerful. Who knew selling a home could be a positive experience. I will recommend Melissa without reservation - she is just great at her job - I appreciate everything, Melissa!!!!

Nadine was excellent. I had a short window to make the move and Nadine was able to find homes within my price range, and meeting all of my needs all within the weekend I was in town to view. She came prepared with the facts, proper reports, and a friendly attitude every day. As we moved about St Pete she pointed out landmarks, things to do. The experience with her was great. Nadine is the best realtor I have ever worked with, and I’ve worked with many over the years. To start, she made herself available to view listings with me, frequently on short notice. But her true value was demonstrated with her savy business sense, quick follow up and excellent communication skills. Nadine shared good suggestions when composing the offer to buy and then subsequent negotiations. After the contract, she connected me with an excellent attorney to review closing documents. Nadine personally chased down clearing several open construction permits that were a surprise to everyone, even calling the vendors who had pulled the permits in order to aid in getting them closed with the county before closing. Whenever I texted her she always responded quickly with an answer or an acknowledgment that she had received my text and would pursue an answer. She kept me well informed on what action was being pursued. About one month after the closing we discovered the flood insurance had never been transferred to me and she jumped into action contacting the insurance company, the sellers’ realtor and the attorney. In short, I was extremely impressed with Nadine’s business sense and follow up skills in addition to being such a pleasant and professional woman to work with. Well done, Nadine, and thank you for everything!

I could not have asked for a better real estate team to sell my property on the beach, they were very professional, very considerate of my situation, due to the fact that I had two large dogs dogs and showings were a little iffy, but they worked with me and we were able to get it done. Keeping me informed 100% by texting and calling which was very considerate!

Carol and Chris sold our home for my wife and I last May and also were our agents for the recent purchase of our new residence, a beach condo. They are so good at what they do. Nadine assisted us in relocating from another state to FL.
