Joe was our realtor Summer of 25 in a hard market and remained tentative, helpful and positive the entire time. When we moved to another state, leaving our house behind, he even found a way to check on the property for us when we had moved, but not sold yet. When it came time to electronically signed, she helped us through that whole process as well, and made it very easy. I worked with Melissa on acquiring an investment property and she was very communicative whenever I would reach out and ask for something. Additionally, there were some hiccups with the title company along the way and she made sure to reach out and ask how she could help out.
