Melissa went above and beyond to satisfy my wife and I. I think we are very picky when it comes to buying a new home but Melissa kept showing us homes until we found the right one. She was also very helpful coordinating inspections and getting us to closing. She is a true professional and we would love the opportunity to work with her again.

Great real estate agent that knows what she is doing
She has the knowledge to tell sellers what they should or shouldn't do when selling their home to get the best possible price. She is very attentive and is a real selling agent as she always shows up for showings to let buyers know why my property is a good buy. To Whom it may concern Sylvia Lusink did an outstanding job in helping us sell our Tierra Verde, Florida property. Through Sylvia’s efforts, we were able to save an enormous amount time and headaches. We were only able to sell our condo through Sylvia’s tireless efforts. She negotiated us a fantastic price, the highest ever in our condo building ever. In the time that we worked with Sylvia, we found her to be a valuable asset in the selling process.
