My house on 7335 14th St South burned down and I was planning to replace it with a stilt house. As you can note on his website information, he has a long history in the Pink Streets and is familiar with literally all the properties. He also roams the neighborhood from time to time and knows most of the current residents in person or just has the knowledge. While I was working toward getting a new house built he happened by one day and said that if I decided not to rebuild he had buyers who might be interested in getting the empty lot. And if I wanted to get another house in the neighborhood he would work on that. After several months of dealing with administrative City nightmares I decided to sell the lot and contacted Bill. He recommended I get an appraisal and he did the legwork to find one for me. Basically all I had to do was contact the appraiser and pay the bill. About that time I went to the Key's on my annual trip and Bill found a buyer (maybe more than one). I'll admit to holding up the sale a couple of days because I simply do not want to deal with stuff while enjoying the Key's. But he finally convinced me to get on the stick - house sold with no problems and the closing was simple. But I did not have him search for another Pink Street property because I decided to move to Lake Placid (Florida not New York). In general I was vey pleased with his efforts and lots of my old neighbors agree that he is the go-to realtor for the area. Thanks Bill. Richard Raulerson
