We have worked with Jayne before and we will work with her again. Jayne was most helpful this time in the area of price setting and negotiation. Based on the facts that inventory was low, but direct comps were still on the market, we set our price to bring in more buyers. They came in droves for two straight weeks and in the end we had competing offers that allowed us to sell at a price that was higher than we were asking for.
