Was a long process even with considerable amt down Jayne was patient and pointed out my needs because of my age she wrote up offers even though unlikely I would be accepted we eventually got the prefect location in a one level townhome at an agreeable price she held my hand all the way!!!!! Jayne was absolutely wonderful to work with! We are in a crazy housing market right now, where houses come up and you have to see them fast. We interviewed 3 agents and ended up going with Jayne. She had been a realtor for a good friend, and was highly recommended. We were not disappointed! Jayne was very well prepared with information about the neighborhood. She worked with us on the price we wanted, but was also very realistic. We are certainly happy with the outcome - a very quick (7 hour) sale with multiple offers over asking price! Jayne is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. Even after the sale of the house she continued being responsive, facilitating requests between the new owners and us, and even paying to have something shipped to us at our new home! Jayne's excellent reputation is well deserved, and we highly recommend her.

Chris Rooney and his team were impressive from start to finish. Chris took time with us a year before we put our house on the market. We never felt rushed or that he didn't have the time. His experience and expertise is second to none and it showed with our process and the final result. Chris and his team helped us strategize what we needed to do with our house and got it on the market with ease. In 3 days we had 38 offers on our home and sold it within that time frame as well. I cannot say enough about the entire team. Karin, Stacy, and everyone else on their team deserve credit too. Hands down, some of the best service we have ever experienced in our life. I cannot state how vital Chris and his team were to a really smooth and easy process. They were phenomenal.

Jayne is an amazing realtor and person. She was referred to me by friends who were very happy with her, and i'm thankful that they did. Jayne was patient with me, never tried to push me to bid on something that wasn't right. And when bidding on a house, she was legitimately on my side, advocating for my best interests, instead of just trying to get the biggest commission she could get. I was originally working with Jayne over a year ago, with my spouse. We ended up splitting up (not really due to the stress of home buying, but i think that did make things 'real'). A few months later when i still wanted to find a house on my own, with a reduced budget from my single income vs our previous dual income, Jayne was more than happy to continue working with me right away. She helped me revise my 'needs and wants' list to something that was realistic for my reduced budget, and i eventually ended up finding something that i am 100% happy with. Maybe even more happy with than the higher budget options we were looking at with my spouse a year ago.

Ivonne helped me find my ideal house in Bloomington. We looked at several houses and she provided very helpful insight about what she saw as the pros and cons of each. Her advice was practical, yet she also understands the importance of having a good feeling about the space. She guided me through the process of making a competitive offer when there was another offer on the table, as well as negotiating a reduction after the inspection uncovered some issues. I really enjoyed working with Ivonne and would definitely work with her again and recommend her to others.
